This fool-proof no spread cookie dough recipe is the best snack option for coffee lovers. These biscuits have a soft, chewy texture with a bittersweet coffee flavor, they’re super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Cookies are the most exciting part of every coffee break!

For the coffee bean cookies you need:

160 g all purpose flour

100 g butter

90 g powdered sugar

1 egg yolk

15 g hot milk

8 g instant coffee powder

15 g cocoa powder

30 g corn flour

How to make the Coffee Bean Cookies

In a bowl mix your butter with sugar until creamy. In a separate bowl add all your dry ingredients and whisk well. Warm your milk and add the instant coffee powder. Add the coffee mixture in with the butter and eggs. Now you need to add the egg yolk and mix well. Slowly add your dry ingredients to the butter mixture. When the dough is formed, wrap it in a plastic bag and refrigerate it for an hour. After one hour divide your dough into 20 g balls and with a small knife cut slowly the surface as the pictures show. Preheat your oven to 160C and bake your cookies for 12 minutes! Enjoy!
